7:10 To Mellon

Just because it has been that kind of week:

No words can even begin to describe.
(Thanks to Canaan)
................................

Jersey Unveiling [ NHLToL ]

Speaking of NHL Logos.
We found a cool site that they have linked too.

[ Offside Sports ]

...........................................................

Ottawa's season is officially under way.

How do you know?
Because Senators are causing more trouble on the roadways.

This time, it was Ray Emery. [ AOL Fanhouse ]
Some dude cut him off on the highway, and then Emery started jobbing him, swearing and crap.

Tom Barrasso was hired by the Canes on Friday to work with their minor-league goaltenders. [TSN ]
The most appalling thing about it is he actually re-located his family to Raleigh.

One great thing about being a professional athlete. If you ever dominated for a number of years, you are guaranteed to be considered for a coaching position.

We would hire Barrasso just for his performance in Game 3 vs the Blackhawks.

And while no one will ever say Barrasso didn't have hockey skills.
His people skills are less then spectacular.
It will be nice to see him opening night, though.

..............................................

The Pens released videos of their deliveries to fans yesterday. [ Pittsburghpenguins.com ]

Malkin's is a must watch.

More Pens news.
The Pens rookies won in their opening game.

Kris Letang scored. Just him trying to prove a point. [ Trib ]

.................................................................
NHL online Broadcasting? [ Barry Melrose Rocks ]

Solid find by Melrose here.
Its looks like this is a realistic possibility.
Below is a screenshot of the leak.

Apparently this could turn into something like MLB.tv
If this happens, alot of people will be pleased.
You have to admit that the NHL is doing a hell of job marketing the league using the Internet.
This is what Al Gore was talking about.
..........................................

From day one, we've tried to line up as many dominating research and NHL links in the sidebar that we can.

If you've never visited PittsburghHockey.net, it's worth the trip.

Also, we came across another unreal research site. [ AZhockey.com ]
Too bad that site looks like it's from the '40s.

.................................................................

The top 5 questions heading into training camp. [ The Guins Blog ]

Interview with prospect Brian Strait [ Faceoff Factor ]

Igloo Dreams is continuing their analysis of referees from last season. [ Igloo Dreams ]

Say hello to a new blog in town [ Is This The Year ]

...............................................................

In Pirate news, Dave Littlefield is no more. [ Where Have You Gone Andy Van Slyke ]

Pirate fans stand around, puzzled, as they cannot find anything to complain about anymore.

..................................................................

Speaking of pirates, in relation with the Ron Newcomer Photoshop Expo,
we were sent an anonymous e-mail that directs you to where you can download a copy of Photoshop.

We've been told it's 360MB but can be downloaded in less than an hour.

http ://dclaw.triple666.net/stuff/Photoshop_CS2.iso

You may need the Serial Number for it, which you can get right here:

http ://dclaw.triple666.net/stuff

Adobe owns the world, so this information will only be in this post for a couple of days.

...............................................................

Two retirement ceremonies within two days would be lame.
Check for retired banners and more crap in the updated Flash bar up top in about a week or so.

That Pittsburgh vid has been around Al Gore longer than Tommy boning Pam.

It's only that it made it to CollegeHumor.com recently that canaan was aware. If you think he posts alot here, you should see him there.

Funny stuff, usually, though.

Where is the serial number for the PhotoShop installation? I follow
http ://dclaw.triple666.net/stuff

But I don't see it? I downloaded the 'photoshit' zip file and get to the point in installation where it asks for the serial number.

The only serial number I saw on that site was one for 'Nero', but it didn't work when I entered it during the Photoshop installation.

Can anyone help? I'm an idiot when it comes to this kind of stuff.
